Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
Include photos of the item if there are any quality concerns

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
Returns without authorization cannot be processed

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging
Include the original invoice and Return Authorization Number

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
We will email you confirmation when your return is processed

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
PayPal: 3-5 business days

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process and specify the item you wish to exchange for in your return request. We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used knives or knives showing signs of wear
Customized or personalized items
Items without original packaging
Knives that have been sharpened, modified, or altered
Items purchased as “Final Sale” or clearance

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

As we serve adventurers worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
